BCO-FC – FULL AUTOMATIC SEMATRON TOUCH CONTROLLED SERVO-HYDRAULIC FLEXURAL TEST MACHINE (COLUMN TYPE)

The flexure test measures the mechanical properties of materials when subjected to bending load. A flat rectangular specimen is loaded at three or four points. BESMAK can provide and offer a lot of options for users test frames and test options. There are two types test solution in available as BCO-FC Series Full Automatic Sematron Touch Controlled Servo-Hydraulic Flexural Test Machine (Column Type) or BCO-FO Series Full Automatic Sematron Touch Controlled Servo-Hydraulic Flexural Test Machine (C Type)

While manufacturing machines compliant to standards, BESMAK carries out a number of research and development studies and makes innovations that revolutionize compression machines. Sematron Touch Series Control and Software System, which is fully developed in-house, is capable of high speed data display with 1 kHz data acquisition speed, and reading of different sensors like LVDT, strain gauge, load cell and pressure transducers. Thanks to multiple channel, the controller unit allows to attach different frames with single hydraulic power pack.

FRAME

  • Rigid load frame in 2-column construction (4-column option is available)
  • The columns are screwed free from play to the machine’s upper and lower blocks
  • Suitable for testing 100×100×400/500, 150×150×600/750 mm concrete beams, kerbs, interlocking pavers, flagstones and blocks of different size.
  • All transmission surfaces are additionally plane – parallel – treated and fine machined
  • T-Sloted Lower platen marked to allow distance of rollers interval.
  • Rod type limit switch attached to piston for secure operations
  • Single-acting-Spring Return or double acting type pistons machined from the solid metal for high stability
  • At the end of the test process to start a new test the piston returns to the default position

LOAD MEASUREMENT AND CONTROL

Load measurement and control is carried out with a pressure sensor with a sensitivity of class 1 or better according to EN-ISO-7500-1 standard, starting from 1% of the capacity.

 

HYDRAULIC UNIT

Advanced hydraulic unit with multi-piston hydraulic pump driven by electrical motor, smooth and high flow rate, fast piston approach, with manifold and pressure limit valve, oil tank, comes with necessary joints
