TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

FRAME

The test frame has 2 columns . It is suitable for mortar flexural & bending tests.

 

LOAD MEASUREMENT

Load, measurement and control with Load Cell that can be applied between 2% to 100% of Capacity as class 1 or better accuracy according to the EN-ISO-7500-1 standard.

 

DISPLACEMENT MEASUREMENT

The device has a lvdt with measuring length is 25 mm and accuracy as 0.01 mm. for displacement measurement.

 

SERVO ELECTROMECHANICAL DRIVE SYSTEM

It has precise stepper motor drive mechanism. It can perform precise loads with closed-loop control with mechanic precision gear stepper motor system.

 

PC SOFTWARE

Machine comes with a PC software which allows controlling machine with computer, PC software allows same features and menus with display unit.

 

CONTROL UNIT AND DISPLAY

The machine control unit is the “Sematron Touch Series” 10-inch advanced control unit. The control unit;

  • The machine control unit is the “Sematron Touch Series” 10-inch advanced controller.

  • The control unit allows constant load increase adjustable between 0.05 kN/sec and 25 kN/sec and displacement increase adjustable between 0.001 mm/min and 60 mm/min.

  • The mechanical piston automatically releases the load when the sample breaks.

  • Suitable for simple strength tests, ramp loading, holding the load constant, and sinusoidal waveform tests with loading and unloading control.

  • 1 kHz data acquisition and control capability, enabling high accuracy in load control and measurement.

  • Special closed-loop (PID) control with double-loop architecture.

  • Automatic gain adjustment feature for different sensors.

  • Automatic calibration function.

  • The electronic control unit has a minimum of 4 analog and 4 digital channels (and 4 serial channels).

  • Test software is available to perform fully automatic tests and result calculations.
