BCO-C – 4-COLUMN FULLY AUTOMATIC HYDRAULIC COMPRESSION TEST MACHINE WITH SEMATRON TOUCH CONTROLLER
BESMAK® BCO-C Series 4-Column Concrete Compression Test Machines are high-capacity systems for compressive strength testing of concrete specimens. The four-column frame design provides superior rigidity, which is essential when handling very high loads (models are available up to 10000 kN capacity). Like the BCO-W series, the BCO-C machines are fully automatic and achieve Class 0.5 accuracy per ISO 7500-1. They are particularly suited for testing high-strength concrete or larger specimens where frame stiffness and high capacity are required.

- Ability to apply loading, unloading, hold a load at a specified value for a defined time period (useful for certain test procedures), and deformation control up to 0.1 micron.
- Capable of performing modulus of elasticity (Young’s Modulus) and Poisson’s ratio tests on concrete with optional displacement transducers for strain measurement.
- Accuracy Class 0,5 (EN ISO 7500-1); complies with EN 12390-4 and ASTM C39 for concrete compression testing.

LOAD MEASUREMENT AND CONTROL
Load measurement and control is carried out with a pressure sensor with a sensitivity of class 1 or better according to EN-ISO-7500-1 standard, starting from 1% of the capacity.
HYDRAULIC UNIT
Advanced hydraulic unit with multi-piston hydraulic pump driven by electrical motor, smooth and high flow rate, fast piston approach, with manifold and pressure limit valve, oil tank, comes with necessary joints.
