FULLY AUTOMATIC PULL-OFF ADHESION TESTER – BMT-PO-A
Load the specimen, press start, and let the machine do the repetitive part. The BMT-PO-A finds each dolly with its camera, moves to it on three axes, pulls it off at a controlled rate and records the result — then goes straight to the next one.
Built for concrete, coatings, paints and varnishes, it runs up to 12 pull-off tests on a single specimen without anyone repositioning the head between points. Load capacity is 2 tons as standard and can be customized to your requirements.

Manual pull-off testing works — until you have twelve points to test
On a single dolly, a handheld pull-off tester is fine. On a full specimen it becomes a long, operator-dependent job: mark every point, position the head by hand, pull, write the number down, repeat. Small differences in placement creep in from one point to the next, and every hand-copied value is a chance for a transcription error. The BMT-PO-A takes those steps off the operator’s hands.

How the automatic pull-off test works
Five stages, repeated for every dolly on the specimen: detect, position, test, record, next. The operator prepares the specimen; the machine handles the sequence.
Detect
The AI-assisted overhead camera recognises the specimen type and finds the location of each test point.
Position
The 3-axis system moves the testing head to the selected target – 500 mmin X, 400 mm in Y, 150 mm in Z.
Test
Force is applied under load-rate or displacement-rate control, as your standards requires, and measured by a load cell.
Record
The result is saved automatically, shown on the touch screen and transferred to Besmak LitestX software-nothing to copy by hand.
Next
The machine moves on to the next target on its own, until all points-up to 12-are tested.

The BMT-PO-A ships with a 2-ton load capacity as standards. Not every lab needs the same force range, though. If your materials, dolly sizes or test standards call for something different, we configure the machine to match: load capacity, test area dimensions and the number of dolly positions.
