BMT-E/BH – ELECTROMECHANICAL PIPE RING STIFFNESS TEST MACHINE

BESMAK® BMT-BH Electro-Mechanical Pipe Stiffness Testing Machines are specialized systems for evaluating the compressive strength and stiffness of pipes and culvert sections. These machines apply load steadily (without impact) along the length of pipe specimens or other pre-formed parts, to determine their deformation under load and ultimate crushing strength. The electromechanical drive system provides smooth, precise loading and is ideal for long-duration load tests. BMT-BH machines accommodate pipe specimens with diameters from 200 mm up to 4000 mm, covering a wide range of standard pipe sizes made of materials such as concrete, steel-fiber-reinforced concrete, PVC, and composite materials. This system meets international standards for pipe stiffness and compression tests while ensuring accurate results and operator safety.

Note. The testing frame is delivered disassembled and has to mounted on site following the instructions. The customer can also manufacture locally the testing frame, and purchase the loading/control system only. Testing frames with different capacity and features can be manufactured as per customer’s requirements. Quoted testing frame cannot be sold in the CE markets.
