BMT-RS – SERVO HYDRAULIC RAIL AND SLEEPER BENDING TEST MACHINE
BESMAK® BMT-RSB Series Rail and Sleeper Bending Test Machines provide rigorous static and dynamic bending tests to verify the load-bearing capacity of railway rails and concrete sleepers. These servo-hydraulic systems feature a 4-column rigid frame designed to meet strict national and international standards for high-speed rail infrastructure components. Unlike generic solutions, BESMAK’s custom designs account for specific specimen dimensions and handling needs, ensuring accurate simulation of real-world track conditions (including trains at speeds over 300 km/h). The BMT-RSB machine can apply both load-controlled and displacement-controlled loads for bending tests on rails and sleepers with equal precision. A special specimen carriage system is included to simplify mounting and positioning of heavy samples. This versatile system allows both static and semi-dynamic bending tests of rails and sleepers to be conducted on a single machine with high accuracy.
