Frame : 4-column highly rigid construction, 300kN capacity, low friction double acting cylinder, 250 mm piston stroke, adjustable upper (75-340mm) and lower rollers(70-1020mm) to test different sizes of samples, rollers dimensions are 30x510mm, all transmission surfaces are additionally plane – parallel – treated and fine machined, feasible to test beam type samples.

Load Measurementand Speed Control: Load measurement with load cell, high measurement accuracy, is carried out between %2 and %100 of the capacity with class 1 according to EN-ISO-7500-1 standard. The loading speed can be adjusted between 0.5kN/s to 15kN/s.

Hydraulic Unit: Advanced hydraulic unit with “Servo Technology” introduced by BESMAK, multi piston hydraulic pump driven by electrical motor, smooth and high flow rate, fast piston approach, with manifold and pressure limit valve, oil tank, comes with necessary joints and hose.

Control Unit: Control unit of machine is “Sematron Touch V4” advanced controller, control unit with “Servo Technology” allows constant load increase adjustable between 0.5 kN/Sec – 15kN/Sec, loading, unloading, deformation control, piston release load automatically at sample break, feasible for simple strength test – ramp loading, 1kHz data acquisition and control capability which allows accuracy in control and reading load, special close loop (PID) control with double loop, automatic gain feature for different sensors, automatic calibration function, 12 channels (4 analogue, 4 digital, and 4 serial)

Display Unit: Display of machine is 10 inch touch screen LCD with capacitive touch, easy to use – user friendly built-in software, ready to use without any PC, 4 GB (extendable) internal memory to save test graphics and settings, USB port to transfer results from LCD, LAN port to connect machine with internet and PC, communication between control unit (Sematron Touch V4) by CAN-bus, save results in pdf and excel format, print result feature directly from LCD – feasible to attach all HP printers also allows mini printer (optional), Email results directly from LCD, software update feature by USB, all possible measuring units are available (N, kN, kip etc.), automatic zero point correction, high control stability, password protected calibration menu, password protected user levels to avoid change in settings by operator. Test Parameters can be saved as a method strcuture.

PC Software: Machine comes with a PC software which allows controlling machine with computer, PC software allows same features and menus as display unit.
