BMT-BH – SERVO-HYDRAULIC PIPE RING STIFFNESS TEST MACHINE

BESMAK® BMT-BH Servo-Hydraulic Pipe Stiffness Testing Machines are built for high-capacity loading of large-diameter pipe specimens. Using a servo-hydraulic actuation system, these machines can apply the very high forces necessary to test the stiffness and load-bearing capacity of concrete and composite pipes, including those used in infrastructure and drainage systems. The robust 4-column frame and closed-loop control ensure smooth and accurate load application over long durations, which is crucial for standard pipe crushing and creep tests. Like the electromechanical version, the servo-hydraulic BMT-BH machines accommodate pipe diameters from 200 mm up to 4000 mm, enabling comprehensive testing across a wide range of pipe sizes with reliable, repeatable results.

  • Position measurement and control with position encoder of 1 micron resolution
  • Remote control unit with Live Display, Soft keys and Specimen Protect for enhanced usability and productivity. Operator can move machine up and down without use of computer to fix sample into the machine easily accurately and safely
