BCO-FO – FULL AUTOMATIC SEMATRON TOUCH CONTROLLED SERVO-HYDRAULIC FLEXURAL TEST MACHINE (C-TYPE)

BESMAK® BCO-FO Series Flexural Test Machines are designed for determining the flexural strength of hardened concrete specimens. Each machine meets the accuracy requirements of Class 1 as per ISO 7500-1 and is configured to perform tests according to EN 12390-5 (concrete beam flexural strength), EN 1339 (concrete paving slabs), and EN 1340 (concrete kerbstones). With a load capacity up to 1000 kn. The BCO-FO series provides a safe and efficient solution for testing concrete beams, slabs, and other specimens in flexure, ensuring reliable results for quality control and design validation.

FRAME

  • Rigid C-type load frame
  • The columns are screwed free from play to the machine’s upper and lower blocks.
  • Suitable for testing 100×100×400/500, 150×150×600/750 mm concrete beams, kerbs, interlocking pavers, flagstones and blocks of different size..
  • All transmission surfaces are additionally plane – parallel – treated and fine machined
  • T-Sloted Lower platen marked to allow distance of rollers interval.
  • Rod type limit switch attached to piston for secure operations
  • Single-acting-spring return or double acting type pistons machined from the solid metal for high stability
  • At the end of the test process to start a new test the piston returns to the default position

  • Controller has 1000 Hz (1 kHz) data acquisition-processing and automatic calibration feature (2,5 kHz option is available)

LOAD MEASUREMENT AND CONTROL

YLoad measurement and control is carried out with a pressure sensor with a sensitivity of class 1 or better according to EN-ISO-7500-1 standard.

Advanced hydraulic unit with multi-piston hydraulic pump driven by electrical motor, smooth and high flow rate, fast piston approach, with manifold and pressure limit valve, oil tank, comes with necessary joints
