The Le Chatelier Water Bath is designed for cement soundness testing in accordance with EN 196-3 and BS 6463. It provides accurate temperature control during the Le Chatelier expansion test, ensuring reliable and repeatable laboratory results.

The bath features a stainless steel inner chamber and a painted steel exterior for excellent durability and corrosion resistance. It is supplied with a removable rack capable of holding up to 12 Le Chatelier moulds (moulds sold separately), making it ideal for routine quality control and high-volume laboratory testing.

The unit reaches the boiling point in approximately 30 minutes. An integrated temperature control system maintains the water at boiling temperature while minimizing evaporation, ensuring that the moulds remain fully submerged throughout the entire test.
